新奧隧道工法中之奧地利地層分級

摘要
自從土木水利工程學會大地工程研究委員會所發起之新式隧道工程研討會於三月廿八日在台北舉行之後,各界對計量式之岩體分類法如南非CSIR的Bieniawski(1976)和挪威NGI Barton(1976)等人的方法有了進一步的認識,然而奧地利Rabcewiz(1973)等人所創之地層分級則了解較少,有見於此筆者藉此向讀者介紹其法,希望提起各方對該法的興趣和重視,期望該法之優點能使各方獲益。
英文摘要
This article describes the ground classification used by Austria in the so call New Austrian Tunnelling Method, with this classification, the design pattern for safety and supporting measures can be made by experience, and the construction arrangement including cost and construction period can be figured out. The classification divides the ground into 3 groups, says, stable to loose ground, friable ground and squeezing ground and then subdivides it into 7 classes.
The factors considered in the classification are a)that concerning the geotectonic properties of ground and b)that of the construction techniques. The former factors are the characteristics of the ground, the behavior(stress and strength, squeezing pressure etc.), and the influences by ground water. The latter factors are construction sequences(especially the unloading, excavation section, length of round etc.), safety and supporting measures and its time of installation, construction progress, water hindrance etc.
Finally the ground classification specified in Austria National Standard ONORM B2203, and the applied example in a two-lanes railway tunnel in Taiwan are included.
